Call Recording Notice – Your Privacy Matters

At Trevors Carpets, your privacy is important to us. To help ensure the best service possible, some calls may be recorded for quality assurance, staff training, and record-keeping purposes.

  • Recordings are only accessed by authorised team members with management approval.
  • We never use call recordings for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Recordings are stored securely on Australian servers using Amazon Web Services infrastructure, certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 2 and SOC 3 standards.

We retain call recordings for 90 days unless we are required to keep them longer for compliance or dispute resolution.

All recordings remain the property of Trevors Carpets and are made without prejudice. Please note that calls cannot be selectively excluded from recording by our team. If you prefer not to be recorded, we welcome you to visit us in-store, where our team will be happy to assist you.
